Alan Twelvetree - Founder
Alan founded Twelvetree Furnishings Ltd in 1975 and for the past forty three years has built up a thriving and successful carpet and furniture business with the prime focus solely centred on customer care and satisfaction.
It has remained a family business with its core value of customer service unchanged over time.
Alan’s vast knowledge of the products and ranges is constantly updating and expanding so that our customers can be assured of the highest quality of advice and guidance when making those all important decisions when carpeting and furnishing their homes.
Joe Twelvetree - Managing Director
Joe joined the family business five years ago bringing youth, enthusiasm and a modern outlook to Twelvetree Furnishings Ltd.
His tremendous knowledge of IT has transformed and modernised the way that the business is run using the platform of social media to expand the business in the 21st century.
He carries on the family tradition of “Customer always first.”
His responsibilities are wide ranging and vary from point of sale with the customer to ordering, organising and delivery of products. Joe is also the first line contact with any enquiries, orders and deliveries to the many landlords and letting agents that entrust their business to Twelvetree Furnishings Ltd.
Sam & Sharnie - Flooring Fitters
Sam and Sharnie have been fitting for Twelvetree Furnishings for the past 7 years. Carpet fitting since 2006 with a total of 18+ years experience between them.
They provide a friendly and tidy service and have gained vast flooring knowledge working in all types of environments from residential properties to commercial buildings and stately homes. Fulfilling the customers requirement to meet their expectations from floor preparation to job completion.
Proficient in pattern matching over large areas, staircases and around corridors all to meet the customer needs. They are more than happy to spend time discussing different fitting techniques that will achieve your requirements within your budget.
